The Ganey's, husband and wife photography duo, utilized the natural backdrop of Cape Town to set the stage for this soft, organic editorial: Mountains along a coastline of soft blue water and boulders breaking up smooth beaches. This editorial is the perfect inspiration for the minimalist, fine art bride.
Chelsea and John's natural and ethereal bond had the photographers moving non stop to capture every moment. The bride, Chelsea, effortlessly wore the chic Casey gown and cathedral veil from Janita Toerien, a Cape Town designer. The halter-neck dress dons a heavy corded lace bodice and flowing chiffon skirt. Chelsea's hair was styled in loose, beachy waves, by Marnel Toerien. In addition to providing natural hair and makeup, Marnel assisted with many of the final logistics. As a second bridal look, the bride wore a floral crown to match her overflowing bouquet. Jeanette from Paramithi Wedding Flowers created an impressive, organic bouquet filled with outstanding elements; From tulips to lilacs, pink wildflowers plucked off the highway, and greenery from the florists own backyard. The overflowing bouquet, with all it's textures, perfectly pops against the natural back drop. The Ganey's travel all over the world to bring together vendors for editorials as well as shoot brides and grooms.
